— PROCESSING TIME —
Based on our volume in season, our processing time runs from SAME DAY to 2 business days.  Out of season our processing time typically runs 5-7 business days.

— DETAILS —
- The basket and handle folds down for easy storage and for shipment.
- The baskets are all 6 inches deep.  Width varies from 8.5 to 9 inches.  The height is also 8.5 to 9 inches.  The slightly smaller baskets are the blue gingham and the pink bunny.
- Thread color will match the pictures.  If you want a different color please use the “Add a note to PipperoProducts” when you checkout.

— FONT INFO —
- We will embroider your name exactly as you enter it.
- All CAPS is only available on print fonts.  It does not look good for script fonts
- If you ordered a product from us from a previous year, you may ask for the same font even if it's not available this year.  I have a record of the font used previously.

— HOW TO ORDER —
- Select basket color/style from the first drop down menu
- Select the font from the second drop down menu.  A font chart is available on the last slide of the listing

In the personalization box:
- Enter only the name exactly as you want it embroidered.  This is case sensitive.
- If you do want a name on the product, please enter “NO NAME”
- For any other comments, please use the “Add a note to PipperoProducts” when you checkout.
