Shipping policy

Shipping can be expected with 5-7 business days at the longest.  Most all of our products are custom made to order so there is a processing time to make your product.

When we get within 2 weeks of a given holiday, you can expect we will ship within 1-3 days to get your product to you prior to the holiday.  We can not be responsible for the carrier time to delivery.

For specific platforms, we will follow the required shipping timeline requirements.

We will use and make available USPS, UPS, and FedEx as our primary shipping methods.  We may adjust providers to improve your delivery experience if we are aware that a certain provider is struggling to meet timelines in our area.
