Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade and personalized products, returns are not accepted.  If you have any questions regarding how your order will be made contact us in advance at info@pipperoproducts.com. 

Refunds

Refunds will only be given if the product you received is defective.  You must provide visual proof of the defect and allow Pippero Products to replace the product with a corrected product before getting a refund.
